Relax and build your light field. Take time to relax and meditate. Imagine a big white light like a sun in the area of your heart. Expand this light to fill your whole body, then make it the size of the house — a huge bright light around you.Relájate y construye tu campo de luz. Tómate tiempo para relajarte y meditar. Scan for implants. Go through the list of implant types one by one (see implant types reference). Deactivate and release. Focus your attention on the body area where you feel the implant. Say out loud, pushing the implants out of the body with very strong intention to free yourself (focus attention on the area of your stomach, not the head): "I deactivate the implant. I unfix the implant and release it from my body." Imagine how the implant is wrapped in a ball of light. Imagine any wires around the implant removed from the body into this ball of light.Desactiva y libera. Enfoca tu atención en el área del cuerpo donde sientes el implante. Remove the blue film. Focus your attention on the place in your body where you felt the implant. Look for the blue film — this is the remnant of the implant's DNA. Imagine you remove this blue film into a ball of white light. Give another order: "I send this blue film out of the perimeter of this planet, annihilate, disperse and blow it with white light."
