Relax and build your light field. Take time to relax and meditate. Imagine a big white light like a sun in the area of your heart. Expand this light to fill your whole body, then make it the size of the house — a huge bright light around you.Relájate y construye tu campo de luz. Tómate tiempo para relajarte y meditar. Bring the person into the light. Imagine the person who you suspect has your energy body parts. This person is standing in front of you in the white light.Trae a la persona hacia la luz. Ask to see your parts. Say out loud with very strong will and intention (focus attention on the area of your stomach, not the head): "Show me if you have any parts of my energy body inside of you." If you can see, you'll notice your energy shining brighter in the body of the person you are imagining.Pide ver tus partes. Di en voz alta con mucha fuerza de voluntad e intención (enfoca la atención en el área de tu estómago, no en la cabeza): "Muéstrame si tienes alguna parte de mi cuerpo energético dentro de ti." Claim your parts. If you can't see anything, just keep on with the order. Say out loud: "If [Name] has my energy body parts, I demand these parts return to me. I only need parts that belong to me." Keep the white light around you and feel how the energy returns to you.Reclama tus partes. Si no puedes ver nada, simplemente continúa con la orden. In this case the entity will resist and won't let them go. You need to remove the entity first, then return to your parts.A veces una entidad se aferra a las partes de tu cuerpo energético dentro de la otra persona. En este caso la entidad resistirá y no las dejará ir. Imagine each of the 13 signs in the white light around the body of the person who has your parts and around your body. Direct the intention and white light to remove the entity. Parts return with information about the original trauma (low-vibrational emotions) from when the part was lost. Say: "I deactivate and unfix all the contracts and implants from my returning parts." Imagine how all the ribbons, stickers or any other forms of implants are unfixed from your body parts. Collect all this into a ball of white light. Then: "I send these contracts and implants out of the perimeter of this planet, annihilate, disperse and dissolve them in white light." Imagine how the contracts and implants break apart and disappear in white light.Di: "Desactivo y desvínculo todos los contratos e implantes de mis partes que regresan." Ground. Imagine that you have roots like a tree. Say: "I put my roots deep into the earth." Imagine your roots going deep into the ground, and you start receiving love from the earth.
